Easton Coach Company Acquires Two Montgomery County, PA Paratransit Providers

EASTON, Pennsylvania – November 1, 2014 – Today Easton Coach Company completed the acquisition of two Montgomery County transportation providers – Norristown Transportation Company and Mid-County Transportation. These operations deliver shared ride service in Montgomery County under the TransNet umbrella. These are both 40 year old businesses that employ 90 people and operate 75 vehicles from locations in Norristown and North Wales, PA.
